Dermaplaning
Dermaplaning is a non-invasive cosmetic procedure that involves using a surgical scalpel to remove dead skin cells and fine facial hair (aka “peach fuzz”) from the surface of the skin. This process can remove up to 21 days of dead skin cells, exfoliates the skin and allows for better absorption of skincare products, resulting in a smoother, brighter complexion. Dermaplaning can also help to minimise the appearance of fine lines, hyperpigmentation, and acne scars. The procedure is relatively painless and should be performed by a trained aesthetician.
Treatment Time: 30 minutes.
Recovery Time: No real downtime. Ensure SPF is applied everyday after treatment.
